Terms of Use

The rules that apply when you use the FKF Nairobi West services portal: accounts, team sheets, match reports, courses and eDisputes.

Effective 24 September 2026Last updated 24 September 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of efkf.fkfnairobiwest.ke (the "Portal"). By using the Portal you accept these Terms and the policies listed beside them. If you do not accept them, do not use the Portal.

2. About the Portal

The Portal is FKF Nairobi West Branch’s online office. Clubs manage squads, team sheets and fixture requests; match officials receive appointments and file reports; anyone may read the course listings and file or track an eDisputes case. News, fixtures and tables are published on the fan site, fkfnairobiwest.ke.

3. Accounts

  • Club and officials’ accounts are issued by the Branch, by invitation, to the person the Branch names. They cannot be transferred or shared.
  • Keep your sign-in link and password private, and tell the Branch at once about any use you did not make.
  • You are responsible for what is done through your account, unless you reported its compromise without unreasonable delay.
  • The Branch may suspend or withdraw access when a role ends, when security is at risk or when these Terms are broken.

4. Team sheets and match reports

  • A team sheet is the club’s formal declaration of who is eligible to play. It closes at the deadline the Portal shows, and a late change is allowed only on the terms the Portal sets out.
  • A match report is the referee’s formal account of the match and is filed within the window the Portal shows.
  • Once submitted, these records are relied on by the Branch, the opposing club and any committee. Submitting a false record is a disciplinary matter.

5. eDisputes

  • Filing a protest, complaint or appeal starts a formal case under FKF competition rules. The Portal records the time it was received, and that time is the one deadlines are measured against.
  • The Branch Registrar decides whether a case is admitted. The Portal shows each step, and an email follows each one.
  • Filing fees are paid to the branch paybill through M-Pesa. A case whose fee cannot be verified may be returned or refused.
  • The Portal is the channel for a case, not the ruling on it. A decision binds only once the competent committee issues it.

6. What you submit

When you submit a squad, team sheet, report, case or document, you confirm that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge, that you are entitled to provide it, and that using it for the stated branch purpose does not infringe anyone’s rights.

You allow the Branch to store, copy and communicate the submission as far as the service, football administration or a case reasonably requires.

7. Intellectual property

The Portal’s design, text, graphics and databases belong to, or are licensed to, the Branch or Football Kenya Federation. Federation names, crests and competition marks may not be used to suggest endorsement or official status without permission.

8. Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, do not interfere with the Portal, try to reach data you are not entitled to, impersonate anyone, submit false records or use the Portal to manipulate a competition.

9. Other services

The Portal links to the national eFKF platform, the fan site, M-Pesa and other services run by others. Their own terms apply, and the Branch does not control their availability or content.

10. Availability and liability

We may maintain, change or withdraw parts of the Portal. Where it is unavailable close to a deadline, contact the branch office before the deadline passes. To the extent the law allows, the Branch is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising only from use of, or inability to use, the Portal.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or replaces the rules and appeal routes that govern football decisions.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Raise any dispute about the Portal with the Branch first. A dispute that is not resolved goes to the Kenyan courts, or to the competent football tribunal where sporting rules require it.

12. Contact and changes

We may revise these Terms and will post the new date here. Using the Portal after a revision means the revised Terms apply from their effective date. Questions go to info@fkfnairobiwest.ke or FKF Nairobi West Branch, 1st Floor, Wing B, Shalom House, Ngong Road, Nairobi.
