1. Scope
This policy applies to everyone who uses the Portal: visitors, filers, clubs, match officials and Branch officers. It forms part of the Terms of Use.
2. Prohibited conduct
- Trying to reach another club’s squad, another person’s account, a case you are not party to, or any officer function without permission.
- Probing, scanning, bypassing access controls, introducing malware or overloading the Portal.
- Scraping or bulk-extracting records, especially player data.
- Submitting a false squad, team sheet, match report, case, receipt, M-Pesa code or identity.
- Impersonating the Branch, a club, an official, a player or anyone else.
- Using the case process to harass a club, an official or a player, or filing a case you know to be groundless.
- Using non-public information for betting, match manipulation, intimidation or corruption.
- Uploading threats, harassment, hate, sexual exploitation or anything that endangers a child.
3. Account and data responsibilities
- Use only the access issued to you, and never share it.
- Open player and case data only for the branch task in front of you.
- Do not export, photograph or keep restricted data for any other purpose.
- Report a lost device, an exposed sign-in link or suspicious activity at once.
4. Responsible uploads
Upload only what the case or record needs. Do not upload passwords, unrelated identity documents, malicious files or personal data you are not entitled to share. Raise a safeguarding concern through the confidential route, not through a case.
5. Enforcement
We may remove content, preserve evidence, reset access, suspend an account or refer a matter to FKF, a disciplinary committee, a regulator or the police. The response will reflect the severity, risk and intent involved.
6. Security research
Do not test the Portal without written authorisation. If you come across a possible vulnerability, stop, do not access or keep any personal data, and report it privately to info@fkfnairobiwest.ke.
